University Healthcare Group has now partnered with vision partners to provide additional benefits to our University Healthcare Group members.  These services are optional to all members and there is no required participation.  Any employee who is enrolled with University Healthcare Group also has the option of adding family members to the vision plan.

Vision coverage is provided by Avesis Incorporated, well known for its comprehensive vision coverage, extensive network of doctors and reasonable prices.

Members can visit the Avesis Website www.avesis.com to search for a network provider, check their eligibility, print a replacement I.D. card, and e-mail questions. Existing members can also call the Avesis Customer Service Department Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at 1.800.828.9341.
